Made with choice freshly roasted Organic Arabica Coffee beans, ground to the finest setting and this Italian style espresso is steeped into our signature, All natural dairy base sourced from California's finest family owned farms. Added to the intensity of this flavor is the inclusion of crumbled Speculus cookies for a rich finish of sweetness.

"La Dolce Vita" translated from Italian means "the sweet life" and its in this saying that a wonderfully rich and simple dessert took its name. With a dairy mix incorporating sweet cream and milk, this underlying sweetness is a wonderful contrast to the semi smoky and nutty hazelnut layer that envelops it, providing a rich comfort of flavor to this Italian dessert staple.

We start with our commitment to using only farm fresh local California milk and cream. We prepare our all natural dairy base then slowly mix in fresh elmon juice from our local California orchards creating a subtle tartness identical to fresh Ricotta flavor and adds a delicate nuance to this amazing brand favorite
Milk, cream, homemade caramel sauce, sea salt and Organic chocolate chips
We start by traditionally making Caramel and cooking it down by hand until it naturally browns full of smoky sweetness, we then fold this taffy like caramel into our signature dairy base and incorporate it evenly before adding decadent chocolate chips and a dusting of Mediterranean Sea Salt to provide a savory contrast to this smoky and sweet gelato favorite.

This recipe was created by a chef winner of our World Masters Italian competition, named and dedicated to his love for a certain young wizard and a spell meant to confound the senses. This flavor does exactly that. We start with Belgian Speculoos cookies finely ground for texture and flavor then folded into our signature dairy base. It is as decadent as a rich "Biscoff cookie dunked in milk" flavor that has become a Gelato Festival favorite.

We start with our Homemade, signature Organic Oat Milk base, we then introduce naturally smooth peanut butter and blend the rich mixture before adding fresh pureed bananas which adds a subtle level of sweetness to this generational treat

We start with our signature homemade 100% Organic Oat Milk base, we then add our freshly roasted, finely ground Antep Turkish pistachio butter, which we have roasted to exact specifications, to our base. Full of so much Pistachio flavor, it is truly a feast for the senses.

SORBET PINTS
Water, coconut cream, coconut flakes and sugar
Made in the French style, our coconut sorbet boasts over 60% coconut cream from Indonesia, which is folded into a simple syrup made of 100% Organic cane sugar and water. We then add just enough Thai coconut flakes for texture and added flavor. A truly tropical delight!
Water, lemon juice and sugar
Made in the French style, the Lemon in our Lemon sorbet is 100% fresh squeezed and all natural juice from Perricone farm: California, which is blended into a simple syrup made of 100% Organic cane sugar and water. We then add a touch of lemon zest for texture and added flavor. A tart and well balanced citrus delight!

Fresh Mandarin Oranges from local Family owned Perricone Farms are freshly juiced and made into a deliciously natural sorbetto with simple ingredients which are water, mandarin juice and organic cane sugar, minimally added to taste.
