Welcome to Gelato Festival World Masters in the heart of Hollywood!
For two days, you’ll get to see the top gelato chefs in the U.S., Canada and Mexico dream up mind-blowing recipes and compete for the highly coveted title: Best Gelato Master in North America – as voted on by experts and YOU.
As part of a series of competitions in over 22 countries, our Final event in Hollywood will determine who will go on to the 2026 World Finals in Italy.

You can purchase your ticket online in advance, or during the festival weekend if they’re still available. If you want to score exclusive limited-time offers and discounts, we suggest purchasing your ticket online leading up to the event.
You can attend all the events taking place at the festival during your ticket’s time slot, including sampling at the Tasting Village, Frozen Dessert University cooking demos, judging by our panel of experts, the awards ceremony and much more! At the entrance, you’ll receive a wristband and map showing you how to navigate the Tasting Village, where you’ll sample our competing gelato chefs’ flavors and help us choose who represent North America to the World Finals in 2026!
The ticket is only valid for ONE person. Families can also enjoy discounts for children ages 12 and under!
Your ticket is valid for one time slot on a single day (10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.). Only our top-level ticket, the All Inclusive Ticket, grants you entry for a full day. With the Basic Ticket, you can access the event only at your selected time slot, enjoy sponsor activities and special tastings, watch live cooking shows in main stage, and have fun at the photo booth. To taste the competing flavors and vote for your fav, simply buy tasting coupons at the event desk. With your All Inclusive Ticket, you can access the event anytime, taste all 10 competing flavors and vote for your favourite, join sponsor activities and special tastings, enjoy live cooking shows in main stage, and have fun at the photo booth. If you want to enjoy both days at the festival, you can purchase two separate tickets – one for Saturday and one for Sunday.
You can either print or simply show the ticket’s QR code on your phone.
There are two ways: 1. Scan the QR code card you’ll receive at the entrance or 2. Head to the Event Info stands. Our staff will be available to help you and answer any questions you may have throughout the voting process. Don’t forget – your vote will help decide the best Gelato Masters in North America!
The Gelato Festival World Masters Los Angeles will showcase the best artisanal gelato craftsmanship in North America highlighting 10 chefs who have won top marks in previous Gelato Festival World Masters Semifinals. Each competing chef will be judged by a TECHNICAL JURY (the technical jury's vote counts for 70% of the overall vote) and by festival ATTENDEES (for 30% of the overall vote). The Gelato Festival World Masters in Los Angeles is the North American Final and the winners earning will represent North America at the 2026 Grand Finale.
Guests who want to experience the festival are required to purchase a ticket.
While we cannot guarantee that all of our gelato flavors are lactose-free or vegan-friendly, we do offer a variety of options that may suit different dietary preferences. You can explore the available flavors here for more details.

Ovation Hollywood offers 20 EV charging stations, available on parking level P2.
Charging is complimentary for four hours, afterwards you may relocate your vehicle to regular parking or valet.

HOLLYWOOD BOWL SHUTTLE
